I am so frustrated with the company, Ibuypower.com that I recently purchased a PC from. I placed my order on Sept. 22, 2007 when I started to notice my PC acting up even more. I call the company last friday and they tell me that my credit card was cleared on the 26th and that it takes 5-10 business days. Ok, well yesterday was the 11th business day. I call them and get the EXACT same spew when I inquire about my order.
Customer Service: Well, your credit card was approved on the 26th and it takes 5-10 business days.
Me: I was told this last Friday. I want to know the exact status of my order.
CS: Well it takes 5-10 business days.
Me: Today is the 11th business day!
CS: Well, we got a little behind because of our new system.
Me: When is it going to be done?
CS: Maybe the end of this week or next.
I am so mad at this company. It is just ridiculous how long this has taken. If it doesn’t arrive by Wednesday of next week, I am going to call them and cancel my order. If they refuse to cancel it then I am going to contact my CC company. I was told they can’t charge your CC until something has been shipped, or they have a certain amount of days to fulfill the shipping timeframe. Never was it stated on their site could it take longer than 10 business days.
I have been without a PC for 3 weeks now and I am taking 2 online courses, It has been a huge inconvenience for me to have to run around using the school library PCs and then scrambling to find a location to take my online quizzes that are only accessible after 6pm some evenings.
Never, never again will I purchase from such an unprofessional company!
