June Challenge on Youtube

So I submitted my video response for the June Challenge by thedietblogger.

My goals are:
1.) Lose 10 pounds
2.) Do 200 sit ups/crunches
3.) No eating after 7:00pm

All these goals are totally doable. I worry the most about the 10 pound loss. I think i will have to kick it up a notch on my workouts by throwing in another cardio workout or two. Most likely on the days I do strength training.

My weekly weigh in also shows a 2 pound loss. Woot!

I made an awesome Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Stew today. I got the recipe from Sparkpeople.com. It was awesome! Even my son loved it. Definitely going to be a new favorite of the house. I had so much leftover that I packed some away to take for lunches this week. Nummy!
