I signed up for a free membership on a dating site and I am hesitant to sign up for a membership in order to contact one man in particular; Russell. He has shown interest in me since the last week of June. He is a paid member and he has sent me 2 messages that I can read but I cannot respond to. I just don’t know if $44.00 a month is worth the investment to talk to one person that may not even lead to a date. I do admit that in his contacts he is the first man to ask about my son and what’s he like and interests that I have. Most guys do that lame BS of “You’re hot or you’re sexy” crap! I feel like we could have a lot of things in common and be a good match. I just paid for a membership on Match last month and I don’t like to have to many memberships going on at once. It adds up so quickly. But what if I miss my chance to meet a great guy? Ugh! I just dunno.
By the way the guy from cupid/facebook has messaged me back about every other day. Obviously he is not all that interested otherwise he would have taken more control of the contact between us. I think the fact that I like reality TV killed it. lol
