The Secret: Believing Love Will Find Me
Are you familiar with The Secret. The Secret is a movement in which practices thinking positive thoughts will attract positive things to happen to you and if you focus on negative things, then you will attract negative things to happen in your life. I know that this is much more detailed than my short simple explanation but if you are truly interested in it, then I suggest you visit the site and buy the movie. It is an excellent documentary and I am convinced it will and has changed my life. The Secret can give you everything you want, careers, finances, health and relationships.
In my last post I had mentioned about my breast lump. The day that I found out about breast lump, I panicked. I called my mom after work that day and cried the entire commute home. Later that night as I was siting at my computer alone, a friend started chatting with me on yahoo. He understood I was scared and he wanted to comfort me. He did the best thing he could do for me at that moment, he told me about the secret adn guided me to the website for the video. I watched the video and everythign made sense to me. I practiced the secret all week long as I went from doctor’s appointment to the next. I believed that my lump was just benign and that it wasn’t cancer. I honestly believed I was fine adn normal. 1 week later I had my final ultrasound which confirmed that the lump was non cancer and just a fibroid. I knew it was because of the secret. I prayed to God and believed He would hear my prayer and answer.
Now since this blog is about my dating experiences which are nearly non-existant at this moment because I chose to remove myself from dating sites, I am now going to use The Secret for meeting my “man” whomever he is. I am going to practice it everyday, confessing and believing he will find me soon. I am excited for this and I can’t wait to give you updates on it.
I made a vision board that is hanging above my desk. It has financial goals and health goals but a big chunk of it is covered with photos of love and families. It has a photo of Kate Hudson and her new boyfriend kissing, a wedding photo of Ivanka Trump and a photo of Matt Damon walking with his youngest daughter in his arms. These photos signify me falling in love, getting married and having more children with a man that wants to be a good father. The vision board is helpful for you to invision and focus on the positive thoughts from it. “Seeing is believing”.
I encourage you to read The Secret or watch the DVD. It will lift your spirits and good things will come to you if you practice it.
